Holiday Inn Express & Suites Davenport North By IHG

It was clean and had extras that I was looking for in a hotel.

Equipment wasn?t working in the workout room and my key card wouldn?t work for the door of the workout room. When she reprogrammed it, it then stopped working for my room. So it took a few trips back and forth for the key to be reprogrammed.

Nothing, I was given a handicapped room.

The room was filthy, hair in the shower, all over the personal hygiene products in the shower. I took pics, haven?t heard anything from the manager

Lobby and breakfast provided. Also the location.

The room was so clean and the bed is so comfortable! They also have ?Dove? soap in the bathroom! We will definitely be back

Good breakfast..

No USB plug ins. Hotel so old and outdated. After driving all day, had to charge USB port in my car. Tried to heat up food in microwave, not even plugged in. Can?t move several hundred pound dresser to plug it in. Definitely not a 2.5 star hotel.

Nice comfortable room and was pretty quiet.

Breakfast was below average. Eggs and sausage dry and stale. We waited for 30 minutes for gravy while staff was taking breaks. Pool was closed. We were told by front desk was because of PH levels from to many children using the day before.

The hotel was not clean the cover for the bed and chairs were filthy, and rugged. It didn't look like any one washed the covers for a long time.

The location.

We paid a little extra for a suite. I envision a suite being two rooms. This room had about a three foot quarter wall dividing the couch and chair from the beds. Not exactly a suite. There was way too much furniture packed into the room.

Close to where I needed to be.

It was extremely dirty, rude staff, unaccommodating.

Elevator broke and ice was on 4th floor should of furnished ice at front desk or eating area we were on first floor

Our room was spacious and clean. With the dispensers, we had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

The orange juice machine was empty and no one refilled it.

The fact it was pet friendly

We did not get the room we booked, staff was ok, breakfast wasn't the greatest for being hot breakfast.most likely Won't stay here again!

There were areas that needed updating. The carpet was very dirty and coming up, the bathroom wallpaper was coming off. There were cracks in the tile.

The location and free breakfast. Hot coffee in the morning.

Bathroom was very small, shower/ tub was not very clean. Body wash container in the shower was empty. Mini fridge would not cool down properly.

This hotel has always been a great place to stay. Close to everything. This trip we asked for a joining room with my parents so the nieces and nephews wouldn¿t cause a problem for other quests going between rooms. Just wish the other family would too.

The other guests destroyed the hallway with their things. To busy outside smoking pot then watching their young children run a muck. Called to Complain of the pot smell in our room as they started smoking in the room. These people DESTROYED the hotel

I stay here often. Front staff is so friendly. The breakfast is amazing and beds are so comfortable!!!!

That they don¿t serve bacon EVERY day ¿¿

Very clean and quiet rooms. Fantastic full breakfast was offered. Staff was very friendly.

The pool, and the workout room.

The fridge didnt work, the internet didnt work. The people in the room above us had kids stomping from 6-8 am and woke us up.

Handicapped parking was close to door, staff was friendly and helpful, large king suite was nice for meeting with other family members. Handicapped room with shower worked for me but a different transfer chair than I was used to. Once in place it worked.

4 baseball teams were there our last night and was naturally louder, some running in halls etc. I did not feel comfortable at the breakfast buffet so I did not eat there. Too many people coughing, not following the food protocols and it felt too unsafe.

Cost and facilities.

The staff lady was very rude when I informed her of our rooms thermostat not working. She acted like I had really inconvenienced her when I (as the guest) was the one being inconvenienced.
